Kids Preferred Internet Advertising and Sales Policy

KIDS PREFERRED is a strong supporter of specialty retail and places high value on the relationships we have developed over the years.  To maintain the integrity of KIDS PREFERRED's brand, we are actively managing how our brand is represented and sold on the internet according to the following Internet Sales Policy.

Notice of Redistribution Policy

Redistribution of KIDS PREFERRED items is strictly prohibited.  Products purchased for sale directly to consumers from sources other than KIDS PREFERRED will be considered as infringements on the intellectual property rights of KIDS PREFERRED.  KIDS PREFERRED will work to have infringing product removed from the marketplace where it is being sold. Unauthorized distribution includes but is not limited to items purchased from distributors, closeout companies, retail / ecommerce outlets, and wholesale clubs.

Notice of Restriction of Sales on 3rd Party Marketplaces

Effective 5/1/2019 the sales of KIDS PREFERRED Restricted Items as detailed in Attachment A on all 3rd party marketplaces including but not limited to Amazon.com, eBay.com, Jet.com, WalMart.com, Target.com, etc. as restricted to authorized sellers.  Restricted Items are subject to change; the most current Restricted Item list can be found at the following address: https://tinyurl.com/yxct4edy

Authorized sellers of KIDS PREFERRED items as defined above for each marketplace have been selected and notified.  At this time additional sellers are not being added to the authorized seller list.   If you would like to be considered as an authorized seller of KIDS PREFERRED items in a 3rd party marketplace in the future, please email Larry Presser at lpresser@kidspreferred.com with details including the marketplace where you'd like to be authorized and the specific capabilities you have to develop and grow the KIDS PREFERRED brand in that marketplace.

Notice to Current Amazon FBA and FBM Sellers

If you participate in the Fulfilled by Amazon program, we ask that you maintain all listings of KIDS PREFERRED items at suggested retail price until you are sold out and that you not restock FBA listings.  Note: we are monitoring instock levels of FBA sellers.

If you participate in the Fulfilled by Merchant program, we ask that you maintain all listings of KIDS PREFERRED items at suggested retail price. You may continue to purchase and offer merchant fulfilled inventory on Amazon priced at suggested retail price.

Notice Regarding Sales on Your Own Website

Online sales of KIDS PREFERRED Products through your own destination websites is allowed contingent upon offering products at suggested retail price to maintain brand integrity. 

Exceptions to this advertising and sales policy may be granted by KIDS PREFERRED to accommodate time and marketplace limited marketing efforts.

Should you disregard this notice, your account will be subject to suspension or termination and you will forfeit all terms granted by KIDS PREFERRED on you past purchase orders.
